Conclusion:

GlobalSign encourages any energy-market participant operating in North America to stay on top of

Kee brings 20 years of cybersecurity experience to NAESB, and under
her leadership, GlobalSign and NAESB began a relationship in 2011 that
has since helped to establish stricter cybersecurity standards for the
WEQ that will strengthen defenses against modern-day cyberthreats. In November 2012, Kee was
appointed to NAESB’s WEQ Board of Directors’ End-user Segment. Kee has helped to construct current
and future standards governing how vendors implement cybersecurity policies for digital certificates
used to secure business and critical infrastructure applications.

As a NAESB board member, Kee can speak from a position of neutrality on a wide range of topics, from
