Learn How to Stop Breaches in 2018 with Time-based Security

We’ve lost billions of records since the first published breach at www.privacyrights.org. Please take the time to visit a visual mapping of the largest breaches… http://www.informationisbeautiful.net/visualizations/worlds-biggest-data-breaches-hacks/ as a wake up call that it’s time we get more proactive and take a new approach to stopping breaches.

It turns out that we have to look back into the past for answers to tomorrow’s breach. Discovered and written about in 1999, Winn Schwartau wrote THE BOOK on Time-based Security. It’s a real methodology that any InfoSec professional can use to test and measure the effectiveness of their security countermeasures and proactive methodologies, tools and techniques against breaches.

I will be speaking about my views on what is Time-based Security (TBS) and how to leverage it to get one step ahead of the next threat. I am thrilled an honored to be exploring where TBS could take us as I keynote on this topic at Trend Micro’s upcoming leadership summit.
